New district office in Essenbach: construction costs and savings!

Essenbach, Deutschland - What does the new construction of the district office bring for the district of Landshut? This question currently has many citizens: inside and the auditing committee has set off to find out exactly that. Chair of Josef Klaus (CSU), the members not only check booking processes, but also recently visited the new building in Essenbach to get an idea of current development.

A central project is the foundation of the local company Lakubau, which is entrusted with the construction of the new district office. Here, a loan of 55 million euros with an interest rate of less than one percent for 30 years was secured, which represents considerable relief. Around six million euros of this loan have already been repaid.

economy in focus

An important goal is to reduce the costs for the circular levy to less than one percentage point. With the new building, the rental costs for other properties are eliminated, which is expected to lead to savings of up to 50 million euros. The construction costs for the district office are covered to around 75 million euros, but there is a dynamic cost cover that is bound to the development of construction prices. If this is used completely, the entire investment could be up to 105 million euros. The current cost estimation value, with complete allocation of all trades, is around 99 million euros.

It is also interesting that the ongoing maintenance of the new building of Lakubau is taken over. A move of the district office is scheduled for the end of September, and the first opening day at the new location is expected to be October 6th. The committee members were accompanied on site by Karl-Heinz Fischer, the district calculation examiner, and the business leading officer Peter Poesze in order to collect all relevant information.

examination standards and guidelines

In addition to the current development of the district office, the work of the auditing committee can also be seen in a broader context. The IDR guidelines 200 to 720 and the H 2300 to 2,800 test aids, which have now come into force, ensure that the work is transparent and efficient. At the autumn conference in Leipzig, new fundamental guidelines were adopted, which are continuously checked and updated. Overall, it turns out that those responsible have a good hand, both in planning and in implementation. The new location will not only offer a modern, functional administration building, but will also be a significant relief for the Landshut district. Landkreis-landshut.de and iDrd.de have provided exciting information.
