Although the last few years have been heavily influenced by the corona pandemic and the energy crisis, the number of visitors to outdoor pools remained similarly high as in 2019. On average, outdoor pools recorded around 42,000 guests per year. The popularity of Aqualla therefore reflects a healthy part of this trend.

As in many other pools, prices and procedures are always a topic of conversation among visitors at Aquella. The current ticket prices were recently increased to 6.50 euros for two hours, which is a noticeable increase compared to the previous 5.20 euros. While many guests praise the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff, there are also a few criticisms, such as the overcrowding of the swimming pools and the quality of the food in the swimming pool restaurant. Even additional payment regulations for exceeding the swimming time are not met with approval by all visitors.
