From Monday, July 21st, the Schweinfurt Health Department will again be at a single location. The Hainig branch closes its doors and the employees move back to the main building of the district office on Schrammstrasse. This not only has practical advantages for citizens, but also eases the spatial situation of the authority. in-und-um-schweinfurt.de reports that during the Corona pandemic, the rooms in the main building were not sufficient for the number of up to 200 employees at the time, so additional rooms on the Hainig had to be used. However, after the pandemic situation weakened, the number of employees was reduced to around 40 employees, which is why the external location is no longer necessary.
Thanks to internal restructuring in the main building, sufficient rooms have now been created to accommodate all areas of the health department. The return of the health department to Schrammstrasse has clear advantages.
