The Catholic Parish Church Foundation of St. Peter and Paul from Oberstaufen recently made a generous donation of 4,000 euros to the Caritas Association Kempten-Oberallgäu. This sum comes from the proceeds of this year's Caritas spring collection and will be distributed evenly between the Caritas food banks in Immenstadt and Sonthofen, which will each receive 2,000 euros. This supports the important work of the food banks in Oberallgäu, which look after people with low incomes by offering them high-quality food at a symbolic price. The symbolic checks were ceremoniously presented by Dean Karl-Bert Matthias and parish secretary Karolin Herz to Maximilian Bogner, one of the board members of the Caritas Association.
