The management team at the Kronach tax office has recently changed: Tanja Dehler has officially been the new head of the office since November 24, 2023. In a ceremonial inauguration, which was also attended by Finance and Homeland Secretary Martin Schöffel, her predecessor Günter Wolkersdorfer, who headed the tax office for almost 15 years, handed over management. Wolkersdorfer was recognized for his many years of commitment and retired.

Tanja Dehler has an impressive career in public service. After starting her civil service career in the Regensburg tax office, she held various positions, including heading a department in the Hof tax office and representing the administration in the Kulmbach tax office since 2009. Most recently, she worked in the Bayreuth tax office, where she took on similar areas of responsibility. She started as head of the Kronach tax office on July 24, 2025, and that means she has an exciting task ahead of her.
