Today, November 2nd, 2025, there was a very special visit to the Pestalozzi School in Fürstenfeldbruck. The head of LEGO Education came by to get an impression of the impressive STEM work at the school. This institution is one of only three schools in Germany that were able to welcome high-ranking guests such as Felix Witzelmann, Maximiliano Foncillas, Romina Früh and Aykan Pekmez. Mercury reports that the visit was part of a MINT project run by the Digital School FFB e.V.
The focus of the program was a lesson with teacher Katharina Trommer, in which 8th grade students presented their self-developed projects. The creative minds proudly showed off their work, including a theme park, a schoolhouse and a car - all built and programmed with the LEGO Education robotics boxes, which were procured as part of the project through the dBIR regio funding program. In total, around 1,000 LEGO Education Spike Prime and Essential sets were used at numerous schools in the district.

The European head of LEGO Education was deeply impressed by the enthusiasm and commitment of the students. This partnership between the Pestalozzi School and the FFB Digital School proves how important and fruitful collaboration in MINT education is.
