There is news from the corporate world in Cham: Since July 1, 2025, Ulrike Deschka has been strengthening the management of the renowned plastics processor Ensinger. In her role as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), the experienced manager takes on responsibility for the areas of Human Resources, Finance & Controlling, IT and Legal & Integrity. In addition, she also has overall regional responsibility for the offices in the USA, Brazil, Mexico and Canada. This further expands the international importance of the company. Deschka brings with her an impressive career that previously took her to various leading positions at the Bosch Group over two decades. Most recently, she was responsible for the Robert Bosch Automotive Steering plant in Schwäbisch Gmünd. She started her remarkable career with training as a vehicle mechanic, which gave her the necessary technical understanding of the challenges in the plastics sector. Ulrike Deschka succeeds Dr. Roland Reber, who left the management at the end of March this year. Klaus Ensinger, the chairman of the advisory board, praised the many years of service of Reber, who worked for Ensinger for almost 23 years.

A strong leadership team

Deschka completes the three-person management team, which consists of Ralph Pernizsak (CSO) and Björn Schneekloth (COO). Together they will set the course for the future of the family-run company and take care of the implementation of strategic goals. Ensinger reports that Deschka's extensive industry and management experience will be a decisive factor for the company's development.

Based on her past at Bosch, Deschka has acquired many skills in product management, controlling and general management, which she can now bring to Ensinger.
