In her role as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), the experienced manager assumes responsibility for the areas of human resources, finance & controlling, IT and law & integrity. Deschka has an impressive career, which she had previously led to various leading positions at the Bosch Group for over two decades. Most recently, she was responsible for the work of the Robert Bosch Automotive steering in Schwäbisch Gmünd. She started her remarkable career with an apprenticeship as a car mechanic, which gave her the necessary technical understanding of the challenges in the plastic area. Ulrike Deschka succeeds Dr. Roland Reber, who left the management at the end of March of this year.
