The parking space is also scarce, which means that many citizens disregard the traffic rules in sunny weather. False parkers are warned with fines of 15 euros for a stopping ban and 35 euros for parking in the escape route.

To get the parking problem under control, the FT Starnberg 09 pointed out the urgent lack of parking spaces and recommended alternative parking facilities.
