step into the future of women's football

The importance of talented players in women's football is constantly increasing, which is not least due to the increased use of the German Football Association (DFB). The DFB has launched various initiatives that aim to promote and train young talents early. The support often begins in early childhood and includes practical training sessions as well as psychological support and school support. It is becoming increasingly important to create the same conditions as in male talent forces and to increase the public perception of women's football. These developments underline the need for a structured talent promotion, as being treated in detail In summary, it can be said that the path of FC Schweinfurt 05 is not only shaped by the search for new players, but also by trying to develop and promote talent. With experienced players who are at the side of the younger ones, and a clear strategy for the training and further development of footballers, the association could become an important pillar in the future of women's football in Germany.
