Strong together: New programs for companies in the Pfaffenhofen district!

Something is happening in the Pfaffenhofen district! The municipal company Structural Development District Pfaffenhofen a.d.Ilm (KUS) has put together an exciting program for the second half of 2025 that is intended to appeal to companies and founders alike. Under the motto “Successful together: Networking for the future”, the focus is on exchange and cooperation in order to open up new perspectives. That reports Pafunddu.

Numerous events are planned as part of the program that focus on various areas of action. On July 24th there will be a meeting for start-ups in the Café Marienkäfer in Scheyern under the title “KUS meets founders”. Monthly consultations with the Chamber of Crafts (HWK) and the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) offer a valuable platform for aspiring entrepreneurs. In addition, a KUS start-up meeting with the topic “Women start up differently” will take place in Pörnbach on December 9th.

Diverse offers for companies

Another highlight is the training fair on September 27th, which takes place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Volksfestplatz in Geisenfeld. This trade fair offers an ideal opportunity to attract specialists and make contacts. For women who want to get back into working life, the “Women back into working life” event on November 20th will be an important starting point. On December 4th, a human resources network will be set up to promote the securing of skilled workers in the region.

The topics of digitalization and sustainability are also central. The “Fit for Digitalization” workshop series will continue on November 12th. There will also be a KUS GreenMeeting on the circular economy on October 21st, followed by a traveling exhibition on resource efficiency, which can be viewed from October 21st to November 26th and does not require registration.

Innovation meets entrepreneurship

For those hungry for innovation, the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt will be presented on October 23rd in the KUS Science Café. In addition, the KUS Entrepreneur Forum invites you to the Schmellerhalle Rohrbach on October 16th, where the topic “Shaping future viability together” will be discussed. The Inclusion Prize will also be awarded as part of this event.

The workshop “G’wusst wia!” will take place on October 7th for tourist businesses. instead, which offers helpful tips for the tourism sector. A first network meeting of the “KUS Future Makers” is scheduled for September 18th at Café Resa in Pfaffenhofen. Registration is required by September 15th.
