The municipality of Nesselwang in Oberallgäu is at its best this year. Mayor Pirmin Joas is visibly satisfied with the current tourism numbers, which speak of an increase in the number of guests by six percent and an increase in overnight stays by two percent from January to April. These positive developments are remarkable when you consider that they take place in an economically uncertain environment. However, Mayor Joas warns that whether the record year 2024 can be exceeded depends on the upcoming economic developments.
