The diversity of the program
The second concert will take place on Friday, November 14th at 7:30 p.m. and will introduce the audience to the world of chamber music with the Chamber Orchestra of the University of Bamberg. Under the direction of conductor Wilhelm Schmidts, the talented soloist Hedi Yang, a winner of the Thomann Competition and the Fritz Gerber Award, will enrich the concert with a piece for marimba and string orchestra by Séjourné. In addition, a particularly touching string quartet by Beethoven, arranged by Mahler, will be on the program.
