Things will soon be getting more artistic in Kaufbeuren: The popular event series “ARTige Saturdays” will provide musical highlights and cultural delicacies from July 26th to August 16th, 2025. Under the motto “Art and culture at shopping time”, the series draws visitors to Untere Kaiser-Max-Straße, where an open stage invites you to linger and enjoy. The city administration lent a hand in coordination and marketing to make this event possible.
It starts on July 26th with the a cappella band “SingTonic”. A cappella music, which is heard worldwide without instruments, is enjoying growing popularity and is characterized by harmony and singing talent. Whether modern groups or traditional choirs – the spectrum ranges from pop to folk and jazz. Will “SingTonic” manage to win the hearts of the audience? We are excited!
The next musical delights
On the second Saturday, August 2nd, the band “It Hudla” will take the stage and set the mood with their repertoire of rock, pop and party hits. Here you can expect a colorful potpourri – a real feast for the ears!
A week later, on August 9th, “Soultrouble and the Heavy Horns” will surprise the audience with a mix of songs from the 60s to current hits. The mix of old and new promises a catchy fireworks display that is sure to get some people dancing.
The crowning conclusion of the series will be the acrobatic duo “Rock ‘n’ Ropes” on August 10th. They take the audience on a journey back in time to the 1950s and bring the topic of rock 'n' roll to life. This combination of music and impressive acrobatics promises to be a very special highlight.
