Attention football fans! On July 1st, FC Ingolstadt will prove themselves in a friendly against the newly crowned regional league team VfB Eichstätt at the SV Karlshuld sports facility. The duel kicks off at 6:30 p.m. and promises exciting moments as FC Ingolstadt prepares for the coming season. Danube Courier reports that SV Karlshuld has been awarded the contract to host the game. A nice side effect: the entry fees go to a social project in the region, which further enhances the event.
The test match is a welcome opportunity for coach Michael Köllner's team to check their form and integrate the new additions into the team. The first training sessions after the summer break start on July 25th - the training is currently taking place without a set time.
