Woid Woife inspires 37 children on an excursion to the adventure country Bodenmais!
Last Wednesday, a group of 37 bright children aged 8 to 12 made their way to Bodenmais from the Cham district. This exciting excursion was organized by Kreisjugendring Cham , which provided for the young adventurers for a few unforgettable hours. In bright sunshine it went to the Silberberg Taling Station, where a very special visit to the children was waiting: the well-known hiking guide and animal welfare activist Wolfgang Schreil, better known as "Woid Woife".
The anticipation among the children was huge. Many of them had already known Woid Woife from television, for example from the programs "Anna and the Wild Wald" or other formats in Arte and Bavarian television. When Wolfgang Schreil finally arrived, the enthusiasm among the children was noticeably noticeable. His likeable nature and passion for nature captivated everyone. The children listened to his stories and obviously enjoyed the interactive activities he had prepared for them.
a special nature of the special kind
Woid Woife is a real role model for many. He not only has an extraordinary talent to communicate with animals, but is also known for his extensive knowledge of nature and his books. His so-called “wildlife whisperer” ability not only inspires children, but also adults who are looking for a deeper understanding of domestic flora and fauna. In Bodenmais he has his own themed path, Natur-Entdecker-Pfad , which offers exciting opportunities for discovery around the topics of forest, meadow and water.
For the children, the day was an ideal opportunity to experience the beauty of nature up close and at the same time learn something about the surroundings. The organized event not only represented an educational excursion, but also enabled the young participants to make new friendships and collect unforgettable memories.
committed leisure activities for children and adolescents
The Working group Ecological children's and youth free time helps to ensure that similar leisure activities can take place in Germany and Europe. Whether tent camp, intercultural encounters or experience - here is placed a lot of emphasis on ecological and grassroots democratic principles. The free time is not commercially and open to everyone interested, and without membership. Youth welfare institution, such as the Bundjugend BW and BDP BAWÜ, support this valuable work and thus create opportunities for many children to discover and experience nature.
Overall, the trip to Bodenmais was not just an excursion, but an impressive experience that the children will do sustainably. Thanks to Woid Woife and the district youth ring Cham, the focus was on education, fun and nature and offered a look at the fascinating possibilities that the outdoor life has.
