At 2:15 p.m., she wanted to leave a parking lot towards Leopoldstrasse by bike when she bumped into an unknown bicycle driver with a cargo bike that drove in the sidewalk in a city -one direction. The collision led to the 42-year-old falling and injuries.

The unknown driver of the cargo bike briefly spoke to the injured cyclist, but then simply drove away without taking care of the legal obligations as an accident.
