The football season in Bavaria continues anything but gratifying for the Landsberg X-Press. In the last first round of the regional league, the team had to give up an unfortunate defeat against a direct competitor, the Franconia Knights, with 24:31. This setback particularly hurts because the Knights housed the bottom of the table until recently. The performance of the Landsberg team was described by President Markus Gruberbauer as "pissed off", which reflects the mood in the X-Men camp.

The team's unconstant playing style was again obvious. The Landsberg X-Press was already behind in the initial phase of the game and could not withstand the pressure of the Knights. Gruberbauer expressed disappointed about the entire performance and noted that this type of football was "to get used to". The U19 game community with the Allgäu Comets, on the other hand, was not lucky at the weekend and lost to the Nuremberg Rams with 0:21.
