District Administrator Manuel Westphal and the Future Initiative Altmühlfranken invite all cyclists: Inside to the big Star trip to the Altstadtfest in Weißenburg . This event marks the climax of the popular city cycling, which is currently in full swing.

With more than 1,950 registered cycling and over 1,450 active participants: In the first week, the campaign has already saved 25 tons of CO₂ and covered a proud 150,153 kilometers. If you take part in the star trip on July 19, you can look forward to a refreshing drink from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. in the Rathausgärtla. District Administrator Westphal distributes vouchers for a cyclist or a non -alcoholic drink to the participants: inside. To receive a voucher, all you need is the city cycling app or the city cycling account in the smartphone browser.

But that's not all! The participants: Inside, a variety of joint bike tours can look forward to starting from various meeting points at 2 p.m. This is how cyclists can start: inside Gunzenhausen and Treuchtlingen on the city halls. A group from Pfofeld also starts at 2 p.m. and then passes the stops in Langlau and Thannhausen. These joint actions not only promote the exchange with each other, they also simply enjoy - one or the other bicycle problem loosens much easier in the group!

Another highlight was the already carried out commuter breakfast in Treuchtlingen, which caused a lot of excitement. Breakfast bags for cyclists made the event a full success! The next commuter breakfast will take place on July 17th in Gunzenhausen and there are further actions during the city bike. If you are not yet registered - don't worry! Registration is possible during the entire action period and everyone, whether alone, in groups, clubs or companies, can participate.
