A total of 188 butchers and five vocational schools submitted their applications for this coveted prize. The Franzoberthür School in Würzburg and the municipal vocational school for the butcher trade in Munich Awarded became the vocational schools, and convinced by their exemplary promotion of young professionals, such as the Bavarian State Ministry of Agriculture, Food, Forestry and Tourism reported.
