Robohelix is ​​expanding: New locations are revolutionizing mechanical engineering in the region!

There is exciting news in the Straubing-Bogen district: The mechanical engineering company Robohelix has not only expanded its activities in Geiselhöring, but also founded a branch in Oberschneiding. With this expansion, the company, which was founded in 2015, is taking a further step in the production of helical components, which are primarily used in combine harvesters.

With the new one RX500, a robotic flight forming machine, Robohelix opens a new era in screw cantilever production. This innovative technology ensures significantly improved precision and efficiency. Introduced on March 19, 2025, the RX500 brings a variety of benefits including 8-axis robotic automation that significantly reduces production times and labor costs.

What makes the RX500 so special? The machine can process materials up to 32mm thick and up to 1500mm in diameter, with pitches up to 1700mm. A user-friendly interface allows for easy programming and monitoring, while HelixNinja® cloud integration allows real-time adjustments to production. In this way, Robohelix ensures that it can meet the challenges of producing larger and more complex helical flights.

Robohelix has international patents and is already active in 23 countries. Their goal is to further expand global reach and provide manufacturers around the world with modern solutions that have applications in various industries: from agriculture to food processing and even renewable energy.
