Bogen, Deutschland - An exciting test game between TSV 1861 Bogen and FSV VfB Straubing ended on July 14, 2025 with a 1-1 draw. This was not just an ordinary friendly game, but the highly expected Lower Bavarian derby, which led the two teams into the final phase of their preparation. Both teams showed great commitment and a remarkable organization on the pitch, which inspired the audience.

The beginning of the game clearly belonged to the TSV Bogen, which started and set the first accents. But after about ten minutes, Straubing also came into play and more and more took control. Until half -time, the Straubinger had more game shares and significantly better chances. Florian Folger, one of the key players of the FSV, failed several times due to the well-placed TSV keeper Jonathan Altmeier, who masterfully defused some of the dangerous situations.

The second half started with a top -class chance for Straubing, which Korbinian Gschwendtner could not use, since Altmeier was again on the hat. In the further course of the game, Bogen came to the first relief when Florian Knauer scored 1-0 in the 65th minute with a remarkable shot from 18 meters. The joy on the TSV bench was great, but shortly afterwards Thomas Kelbel missed another golden chance when he failed free -standing at the goal.

Straubing intensified the pressure in the last few minutes and was able to compensate for shortly before the end. Simon Hack used a precise cross pass from Felix Jobst and made the final score of 1: 1. Bleron Dobruna also caused excitement with a dangerous free kick, but Altmeier also stayed perfectly here and defused the ball.

FSV coach Pavel Panafidin was satisfied with the performance of his team despite some missed opportunities. "We have shown good approaches, but we have to be more efficient in the end," said Panafidine after the game. With this draw, the preparatory phase for FSV VfB Straubing ends, which has his next challenge on Sunday at 2 p.m. against SV Türk Gücü Straubing in the district league West.
