ADG funding prices: Students from Montabaur shine with talent!

The Academy of Cooperatives (ADG) issued a special honor on June 17, 2025 in Montabaur. As part of the annual award ceremony, seven students from the Heinrich-Roth Realschule Plus were awarded for their commitment and enormous development potential. Headmaster Franz-Josef Gerz and the CEO of ADG, named Boris, were among the guests who made the event in the historic knight's hall of Montabaur Castle. Unfortunately one of the winners, Jelias-Gabriel Stuhlmann, could not be present.

A look at the award in 2024 shows that the ADG was able to lend scholarships with a total of 5,500 euros to students in this context that had emerged in the areas of sport, technology and art. Individual prices of 500 euros each were awarded and the modernization of the technical rooms by teacher René Molzahn was funded with 2,000 euros.

In the in-house Hotel Schloss Montabaur, which the ADG uses as a central event location, not only modern conference rooms are available, but also a variety of amenities such as a spa area, a fitness room and first-class gastronomic facilities. [ADG-Campus] explains that the castle serves as a training and further education center for board members and managers and thus contributes to economic support in the region.

The remarkable tradition of the ADG to promote regional talents and give them “an opportunity for life” is not only shown in a rosy look into the future for the excellent students, but also in the commitment of the entire community, which takes part in such events. It becomes clear that the ADG contributes to cultural and social life in Montabaur in a variety of ways.
