This increases the basic wage to 19.25 euros per hour. From November 2025, training allowances will increase to 1,125 euros in the first year, 1,300 euros in the second year and 1,550 euros in the third year of training. The term of the new collective agreement, which came about after two years of negotiations, ends on October 31, 2027. An important goal is to increase the attractiveness of the scaffolding trade. In addition to the wage increases, a collective summer loss allowance will also be introduced in the future, which will help companies to remain operational during the hot season. Applications can be made between May 1st and August 31st, with companies receiving 75 percent of hourly wages reimbursed.
