Despite the positive outlook, employees will have to forego part of their vacation and Christmas bonuses until the company tariff expires and introduce one unpaid vacation day per month.
Unity in the third round of negotiations
The agreement on this collective agreement came after a third round of negotiations in which IG Metall negotiated with Fehrer on various issues. Employees at the Kitzingen, Grosslangheim and Braunschweig locations can not only look forward to the secure employment of the trainees, but also to a tax-free inflation compensation bonus totaling 1,500 euros.
