Haßfurt, Deutschland - On July 5, 2025, the city lake at the Mooswald in Haßberge became the scene of a very special event - the benefit run for children. The event organized by Wolfgang Kunzmann and Klaus Roth not only offers the opportunity to be active in sports, but also supports several charitable projects. The run starts between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. at the clubhouse of the Haßberge sports angler association and offers a distance of 1.3 kilometers per round. The sponsors donate one euro for each round run, so that the support counts several times. The donations collected will go to the Bundeswehr aid fund "Bundeswehr children in need of the Soonwald Foundation", the multi-generation house in Haßfurt, on Point Haßfurt and the Uganda-Hilfe project.
