Martinsmarkt in Fürth: Celebrate with us on November 9th!

What's on offer in Fürth on the weekend? On Sunday, November 9th, 2025, the Martinsmarkt, organized by the Fürth trade association, will open its doors to all celebration clouds. The shops are open from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m., while the stalls and culinary highlights are available on the market square from 12 p.m. The anticipation increases because traditionally the St. Martin's fire is lit at around 2:45 p.m. A cozy afternoon for the whole family is guaranteed here!

The Fürth youth fire brigade offers a very special treat, selling logs for 1 euro to support their offspring. The active members of the fire department also impressively present their emergency vehicles, which is sure to make the little visitors' eyes light up. The action group provides information about local attractions and initiatives with stands dedicated to the Erlenbacher Bergtierpark and the mushroom lovers.

Pure handicrafts and culinary delights

The Martinsmarkt not only shines with food and drinks, but also with a wide range of handicrafts. This ranges from jewelry to floral arrangements to seasonal crafts, which are certainly very popular with visitors. In the Old School there are also creative market participants who present their works.

Another highlight is the interest group to support the Heinrich Böll School, which provides information about the “Climate Education: Together for a Sustainable Future” project. This exemplary project is supported as part of a crowdfunding campaign by Volksbank Weschnitztal and shows how children and young people can be involved in important issues that affect our future.

Family friendly entertainment

Families also don't miss out on the town hall forecourt. Here, a carousel and stands with sweets and crepes invite you to feast and linger. At 4 p.m., the brass group from the Weschnitztal-Überwald Youth Music School will provide musical entertainment before a baroque fireworks display ceremoniously closes the market at 6 p.m. So go ahead and enjoy the autumn hustle and bustle!

Anyone interested in the full range of events and activities is cordially invited to find out about the range of organic CBD products, which have been in high demand recently. These products have increasingly established themselves as a natural alternative for improving well-being and health. The healthy lifestyle is also a topic that concerns more and more people in the region. Certified organic oils and tinctures that can calm and strengthen you are particularly popular.

For everyone who has time on Sunday, the Martinsmarkt will be a place of joy, exchange and community. Go there and get your own impression of this colorful hustle and bustle in Fürth!
