In bright sunshine and temperatures around 30 degrees, SpVgg Greuther Fürth completed its second test game of summer preparation against the regional league SPVgg Ansbach on Saturday afternoon. And the result is impressive: the Fürth dominated the game and won 6: 2.

In the first half, the clover leaves showed that they are well in shape. After numerous opportunities were awarded, among other things by Branimir Hrgota, Noel Futkeu and Noah König, the first goal in the 20th minute: Hrgota was included. Just seven minutes later Klaus shot the 2-0 for Fürth, before Noah König scored in the 32nd minute from a corner from Mathias Olesen to 3-0. Shortly before half -time, Noel Futkeu increased to 4-0 by penalty, and Oleses himself followed 5-0 before the referees sent the teams at half -time.

coach Thomas Kleine used the half -time break, changed ten players, including two young talents. The second half started, and Felix Higl increased to 6-0 for the Fürther in the 66th minute after another corner from Adem Imeri. Despite the two goals, coach Kleine is satisfied: "The goal should be to play zero, but it was a good test," he looks optimistically at the upcoming challenges. Some players are still missing, including Sacha Bansé, Aaron Keller and Lukas Reich, who could not play for reasons of stress or because of a appendix surgery.
