The fee in the freely assignable areas is 5.50 euros per square meter. To ensure things run smoothly, vendors should follow the Grafflmarkt regulations and vacate their stands by Saturday at 4 p.m. Construction is permitted on Friday between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m., while no construction work is permitted between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. for noise protection reasons.

Venues and traffic regulations

The Grafflmarkt extends over Gustavstrasse, Waagstrasse, Kirchenplatz, Königstrasse, Geleitsgasse and Löwenplatz. Particularly noteworthy is the children's area on Kirchenplatz, which is reserved exclusively for young junk sellers up to the age of 14. Anyone arriving by car should pay attention to the closing times: Gustavstrasse and the market square will be closed from 7 a.m. on Friday, other areas will follow from 11 a.m. In addition, only grafflers with a reservation card have the opportunity to enter the market area until 2 p.m., after which access is reserved for residents with special permission, as nn.de informs.

When it comes to getting there, public transport is recommended. Bus and subway take you directly to the city center. If you still want to use your car, you will find parking garages near the Fürth town hall and in the “Flair” shopping center.
