Something is happening in Eichstätt! The city has presented a new city guide, which was developed by the communications agency Magenta4 in collaboration with the Eichstätt Tourist Information Center. The last time the cathedral city received a printed overview of its sights was over 15 years ago. However, the new city guide is more than just a list; It aims to highlight the narrative aspects of the city and arouse interest in Eichstätt without getting lost in detailed descriptions, as donaukurier.de reports.
The compact city guide comprises almost 100 pages, written by editor Elisabeth Wein. It is available in pocket format and costs 9.90 euros. In addition to the well-known highlights such as the Eichstätter Cathedral, the Residenz and the Guardian Angel Church, he also offers interesting tips about lesser-known places such as Buchtal and Frauenberg. Particular attention is paid to event information, hiking suggestions and extra stories about local features that impressively capture the diversity of Eichstätt.
