Brunnenhof, Bad Aibling, Deutschland - On Thursday, June 26th, the Brunnenhof in Bad Aibling is again transformed into an Eldorado for folk music lovers. For everyone who wants to experience real Alpine flair, the Sonnwend music meeting takes place here. From 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. three music groups appear, which will inspire the audience with their sounds. The event is part of the popular series "Folk Music in the Brunnenhof", which is always highly valued by the visitors:
The local music groups that are honored that evening are the Ebrachtaler Tanzlmusi, the siblings Vordermayer and the Sundergau violin music. These artists not only bring their instruments, but also their passion for folk music. The Ebrachtaler Tanzlmusi celebrates its 40th anniversary this year and will come up with its own compositions by Peter Reichert and traditional pieces from Bavaria and Austria. The Vordermayer siblings, consisting of Benedikt, Regina and Martin, inspire their audience with polyphonic singing and a colorful instrument that also includes Ziach and Harp. The Sundergau violin music, native to Upper Bavaria, will come up with a colorful line -up of violins, chopping board and double bass, including the talented musicians: inside Lisi Herzog, Kathi Stüllig, Fini Messerer, Barbara Neuner and Johanna Wirl.
