Hankofen-Hailing secures central defender talent Stütz!

Dingolfing-Landau, Deutschland - The SpVgg Hankofen-Hailing recently committed a promising newcomer: 19-year-old central defender Korbinian Stütz changes from SSV Jahn Regensburg to Upper Bavaria. With an impressive height of 1.90 meters, Stütz not only brings physical presence, but also a lot of talent and the necessary training to gain a higher league foot. "We have proven a good hand with him," says Richard Maierhofer, the sporting director of Hankofen, who describes the defensive player as "well-trained with regional league potential" and praises his capacity in central defense.

Korbinian Stütz, who was born in Freising and grew up in Rudelzhausen, has had an exciting but also challenging football career. He had his first football club at SV Puttenhausen, but he was discovered early on by FC Ingolstadt, where he ended up in the U10 squad. During this time he was trained under the direction of trainer Sabrina Wittmann. After a few years at FC Ingolstadt, Stütz switched to TSV 1860 Munich at the age of twelve and commuted between his school in Munich and training.

injuries and new beginnings

The past few years have not been easy for the talented player. In the U17 and U19 area, Stütz suffered numerous injuries and illness-related failures. However, this experience did not discourage him, and his move to SSV Jahn Regensburg was the next step on his career ladder. There he was able to establish himself as a regular in the U21 and contributed significantly to the relegation in the Bayernliga. Stütz has currently successfully completed training as a merchant for insurance and finances, which proves that it is also well positioned away from the square.

The decision to switch to Hankofen-Hailing was no coincidence. Stütz felt addressed by the family's family atmosphere, which gives him a feeling of security and support. Such aspects are often crucial for young players in order to be able to develop optimally.

talent promotion in German football

The step of Stütz comes at a time when the promotion of talent in German football is increasingly becoming the focus. The DFB is working on a new training and game philosophy to offer talented players like Stütz even better conditions. A current topic is the relative-aging-effect (RAE), which ensures that younger players are often overlooked, while older age gain more opportunities. A study has recently shown that the market value of youth players could increase considerably if this effect is ignored. Hannes Wolf, DFB director for young people, demands reforms and more sports offers in schools.

With the newcomer Korbinian Stütz at SpVgg Hankofen-Hailing, it becomes clear that talent and the right support have to go hand in hand to be successful in German football. It is to be hoped that Hankofen-Hailing will also benefit from support in the coming season.
