Hoffest in Delmenhorst: art, music and creativity for everyone!
The Hoffest in Haus Coburg promises to be a highlight for art lovers and families again this year. On Sunday, September 7th, 2025, the colorful hustle and bustle will take place in the Delmenhorst Municipal Gallery from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. The new impetus that the festival is receiving this year is all about the Delmenhorst Art Prize, which was awarded for the first time in 2023. Delmenhorst.de reports that the 2025 winners are Tomás Maglione, Vanessa Amoah Opoku and Fynn Ribbeck.
These talented artists are represented in the Städtische Galerie not only with their works, but also with an exciting supporting program. Her works of art will be exhibited at Haus Coburg until October 12th. This gives visitors the opportunity to find out about the latest trends in contemporary art and to meet the artists in person.
Colorful supporting program for young and old
What would a court festival be without a diverse program? In addition to the exhibition, Bremen artist Michael Weis will present his work, including fascinating animation techniques and cartoons from his animation studio. The festival is accompanied musically by DJ “.Umi.”, who gets the audience swinging with electronic sounds and Afro rhythms.
There are exciting activities for the little guests: under the instruction of Philipp Michalski, children and adults can try out their artistic skills in plant printing. People act actively and creatively here, and the results are impressive.
A celebration of community
The Hoffest is supported not only by artists and musicians, but also by the committed community. The members of the Haus Coburg Circle of Friends put a lot of heart and soul into the preparation of this festival. Volunteers work hand in hand here to ensure everything runs smoothly. Hauscoburg.de emphasizes that the income from the sale of drinks and food benefits the municipal gallery and thus also supports the cultural landscape of Delmenhorst.
The Hoffest not only contributes to revitalizing cultural life in Delmenhorst, but also promotes young talent from the region. The Delmenhorst Art Prize supports graduates of German-speaking art universities and values the creative approaches that develop from this commitment. The jury, made up of renowned members of the art world, selected the winners based on their innovative and appealing works. Hauscoburg.de also provides information about the nominations, which include a large number of talented artists.
