On Tuesday evening, July 1, 2025, a tragic motorcycle accident occurred on Kreisstraße A 18 near Langerringen. A 16-year-old lost control of his light skating wheel in a right-hand bend and crashed into a traffic sign. The seriously injured teenager was flown to a hospital with a rescue helicopter, where he later succumbed to his serious injuries. The police are now investigating the exact circumstances of the accident, which is an incredible tragedy for the family and friends of the young person.
