Sexual assault in Bruck: Police are looking for important witness!

Solbacher Straße, 92249 Bruck i.d.OPf., Deutschland - On Friday afternoon, a 28-year-old woman was in Bruck i.d.opf. Victim of a sexual assault by a 30-year-old man she had previously met fleetingly. The terrifying events took place between 2:55 p.m. and 3:40 p.m. in the area of the leisure center. During a walk together that led past tennis courts, the man attacked the woman on a tree next to the underpass.

An unknown pedestrian with a knee -high dog passed the place during the attack, but this did not stop the perpetrator from striking again when the witness was out of sight. The young woman managed to persuade the man to go back to the parking lot and then turned to the police. Thanks to the rapid reaction of the emergency services, the suspect was arrested on the same day and the investigative judge issued an arrest warrant. The Amberg police are urgently looking for witnesses, especially the dog owner, who was nearby at the time of the crime, as well as other people who were in the area of Sollbacher Strasse, tennis courts or the football field between 2:45 and 4:00 p.m. Information can be reported confidentially on 09621/890-0.
