Raser stronghold: Police stops speed monster in Wittislingen!
On Sunday, July 6, 2025, the emergency services of the Donauwörth traffic police carried out intensive speed measurements on state road 2215 in Marxheim and the DLG 7 district road in Wittislingen. In these controls, over 120 road users were objected to. Particularly shocking: a motorcyclist raced with 156 km/h at allowed 100 km/h and now has to expect a fine of 960 euros, two points in Flensburg and one month of driving ban.
The mischief did not end! A driver who was also on the track with a breathtaking 188 km/h is now faced with a draconian fine of 1,400 euros, two points in Flensburg and a three -month driving ban. The police also investigate him for a forbidden motor vehicle race. The authorities warn and appeal to all road users to consider the permissible maximum speed - one of the main causes for tragic traffic accidents remains too fast!
