Jewelry attack in Fürth: Police are looking for witnesses for a new trail!

The Fürth criminal police are looking for new information in the spectacular attack on a jeweler in Königstrasse, which took place on December 22, 2023. New details were presented in the ZDF show 'File number XY… unresolved' from June 25, 2025. At around 5:10 p.m., two masked perpetrators entered the business, one threatened an employee with a pistol, while the other stole showcases and jewelry with a default hammer. Then they fled with an e-scooter towards Pegnitz.

After the police intensified the search and found several e-scooters near the crime scene, the perpetrators have not yet been identified. The broadcast of the shipment has already received 20 clues, which are now evaluated. The investigators ask the population for support: who saw the perpetrators before or after the attack? A reward of 5,000 euros is offered for helpful tips that lead to arrest. Information can be reported via the Federal Criminal Police Office or any police station.
