Burglary in Straubing: couch burned and coins stolen!

In a shocking incident in Straubing, a single -family house on Heerstrasse was haunted between 21 and 22 June 2025. An unknown person broke through the front door, searched several rooms and stole a collection of valuable coins. But that wasn't enough: the perpetrator set a couch on fire, which caused serious damage to the entire apartment.

The 63-year-old resident came back from a short vacation and found her home devastated. Fortunately, there were no injuries, but the damage to property is still unclear.
