Drug raid in Günzburg: 56-year-old arrested with weapons and amphetamine!

In a shocking incident in Günzburg, a 56-year-old driver was caught by the police on July 14, 2025 during a traffic control. In addition to signs of drug use, the officials not only discovered narcotics in the vehicle, but also a whipping ring. The man tried in vain to hide a bag of drugs in his pocket before the police secured further narcotics when he was searched for.

A search of his apartment promoted a frightening amount of illegal substances: around one kilogram of amphetamine, cocaine, almost 200 ecstasy tablets and numerous weapons were found. The Memmingen public prosecutor has requested an arrest warrant against the accused, and the case is now being pursued by the Neu-Ulm criminal police inspection. The suspect was brought to court on July 15, 2025 and brought to a correctional facility.
