A 50-year-old e-bike driver, heavily alcoholic with 1.6 per thousand in the blood, crossed a road at the pedestrian traffic light around 11.15 a.m. An attentive 43-year-old driver recognized the danger in good time and braked, but the man fell alone and contracted serious injuries.
