The time has finally come: The new pet specialist store “Zoo & Co.” has opened in Sennfeld and is setting an example for animal lovers in the Schweinfurt region. With a sales area of ​​around 550 square meters, the market is designed primarily to meet the needs of pet owners and offers a variety of products for dogs, cats, small animals, birds as well as aquariums and terrariums. Mayor Oliver Schulze announced the opening on November 27, 2025 via Facebook and was pleased with the large crowds on opening day.

Stavroula Rotska, the owner of the market, personally showed the interested visitors around the spacious sales area and immediately impressed them with an impressive selection of dog coats that were in demand after the cold weather. This means the concept of “Zoo & Co.” alive, which focuses not only on feeding but also on keeping and caring for pets. The opening times are also customer-friendly: the market is open Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The store is part of the franchise system of Sagaflor AG, based in Kassel, and contributes to strengthening local trade.
