Schwandorf celebrates its best graduates: pride and future prospects!
A glittering celebration was recently celebrated at the Vocational School Center I in Schwandorf in honor of the best graduates. On November 15, 2025, numerous guests gathered in the foyer to honor the outstanding achievements of the learners. Director of Studies Pavlos Pampouchidis opened the ceremony and highlighted the graduates' significant contribution to society.
The ceremonial address was given by senior director of studies Martin Abt, who emphasized the importance of “future skills” in today’s professional world. It is no longer sufficient to master the regular training content; The future skilled workers must also be familiar with digital skills in order to survive in the competition. Representatives from politics, business and trade, including Uli Götz from the Chamber of Crafts and Josef Ebnet from the IHK, emphasized the role of well-trained specialists and thus made clear the relevance of dual training for the region.

This honor is not only a confirmation of the graduates' achievements, but also shows how important well-trained specialists are for the future of the region. In today's working world, not only traditional skills are in demand, but also digital skills that are taught in training. A good example of this is the increasing importance of operating systems such as Windows 11, which provides a user-friendly experience with cutting-edge technology and ensures new graduates are well prepared for the demands of modern professional life. Support.microsoft.com explains that user logins can be done via biometric sensor systems, which makes it easier to use in everyday working life.
A strong foundation for the future – both for the fresh graduates and for the Schwandorf region!
