Large pottery market and Sunday shopping in Neu-Ulm!

An exciting weekend is just around the corner in Neu-Ulm, because on September 6th and 7th, 2025 it's time again: shopping and marveling at the Sunday shopping and the popular pottery market. On shopping Sunday The shops in the city center as well as in the Im Starkfeld commercial area and along Memminger Straße invite you to take a leisurely shopping stroll.

But the highlight of the weekend takes place on St. Peter's Square. The Pottery market, which has taken place annually since 1986, attracts more than 10,000 visitors with its fascinating selection of handcrafted unique pieces. Professional potters and ceramists display their artwork and offer a wide range of pottery. Market visitors can go on a creative journey of discovery on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Enjoyment and entertainment for everyone

In addition to beautiful pottery, visitors can also look forward to a culinary variety. The numerous food stalls provide guests with sweet and savory dishes as well as refreshing drinks. If you need a break after strolling, you will find the perfect treats to fortify yourself here.

Another attractive offer awaits guests in the Glacis-Galerie Neu-Ulm, which is open on Sundays from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. The food court starts at 11 a.m. and offers further options for an enjoyable break. Little fans don't miss out either: Marvel characters can be seen live on stage from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. - a highlight for the whole family.

A heart for others

Particularly worth mentioning is the charity campaign in the Glacis Gallery, which runs from September 6th to 27th, 2025. Here visitors can donate clothing for the Firefly Hope Project e.V. association. Clothing acceptance takes place on September 6th and 7th and September 19th and 20th. The donated clothing will then be sold on September 12th and 13th and September 26th and 27th, and the proceeds will go directly to the club.
