Lichtenfels, Deutschland - The royal privileged sniper society Lichtenfels once again proves that Bavarian traditions and social Engagement go hand in hand. In a solemn setting, the members of the shooting club recently handed over a remarkable donation of 1000 euros to the BRK district association Lichtenfels. This sum, which came about from its own club's treasury, reflects the heart and values that shape this association since its foundation in 1810. As the main-post took place in the festive framework of the shooting and folk festival and was personally taken by 1st marksman Harald Goch made.
As part of this event, Goch presented the donation with a lovingly designed “money card” to Thomas Petrak, the managing director of the BRK district association Lichtenfels. This type of commitment is not an isolated case for the sniper company, because they have a long tradition to donate shooting deposits for charitable purposes.A look at the story
The royal privileged sniper company Lichtenfels has an exciting story that goes back to 1413. However, the association itself was officially founded in 1811 and has been enjoying a lively membership growth and a varied club activity since then. The Wikipedia provides an interesting insight into the history and development of the club today, including the foreground, including the foregray, including Looks back carabiner and even archery. As early as 1827, a shooting range was built, which was repeatedly rebuilt and modernized in the course of history.
Today, the shooting club is not only a place of shooting, but also an important social meeting point. With the renaming of the originally called "Schiffanger" area in "Schützenplatz" in 2007, this central role of the association is again emphasized. Rifle festivals have been celebrated here since 1811 and bring together the community. This long tradition not only strengthens the club gang, but also the cohesion within the city of Lichtenfels.
commitment to the region
The shooters have always understood themselves well to put their strength in the service of the general public. Thanks to its recurring fundraisers, it is possible for the association to support the regional structures and to have a positive influence. Whether for the promotion of youth projects or for the support of aid organizations such as the BRK, the commitment is unbroken.
In a time when social responsibility is very important, the royal privileged sniper society shows that local traditions and modern values are not in contradiction, but can complement itself excellently. The contribution made in the amount of 1000 euros is another component in a long series of positive initiatives that the shooters implement in the sense of the community.
