For Müller it is clear that the Lechstrand should only be usable under supervision to ensure the safety of the bathers. Nevertheless, the Kneipp and the beautification association supports the application to improve the quality of stay of the old town.

The requested Kneipp system at the Mühlbachab branch, next to the island pool in the Lech, could offer a welcome cooling opportunity, especially in the hot summer months. Kneipp systems are widespread in Germany and serve hydrotherapy. They are designed in different forms of water treading systems or arm basins and do not have to correspond to the drinking water regulation.
