Ticket details and entry rules
The collection of the deposited tickets is underway: The tickets will be available in the fan shop until Friday at 6:00 p.m. On match day you can pick them up at the information point from 11:45 a.m. or at the late box office at the southeast entrance until half-time. Admission is granted via the southwest, southeast, northwest and northeast entrances. The blocks included - including O1-O6, S1-S6, W1-W4, and wheelchair spaces - are ready, while everything in blocks S3, S4 and W1 as well as in the business area is already sold out.
There are also special features for the away fans. The N2 block is ready, and a note to the spectators: Fan clothing is not permitted outside the guest block in order to ensure harmonious coexistence. The guest checkout only accepts cash payments and wheelchair users use the northwest entrance.
Arrival and parking options
Traveling to this event should be carefully considered. A resident protection concept applies and some streets are only accessible to residents. Soerser Weg and the parking areas behind the parking garage are available for guests. If you rely on public transport, you can look forward to additional buses from 11:30 a.m. Day and season tickets for stadium visitors also serve as travel tickets in the Aachen city region. The fan shop will also be operational when the stadium opens at 12:00 p.m. Your physical well-being is taken care of, kiosks are open everywhere in the stadium, and those who enjoy beer can use the beer fastlane at kiosks S2 and S3.
