Unfortunately, this meant the end for the affected animals as a result of a dramatic change in the lake's ecosystem, which raised alarming questions.
The incident led to a huge effort by local fire departments and other helpers, who didn't hesitate for long. They immediately began pumping the water to bring new oxygen into the water. This measure continued for hours and extended into the early hours of Friday. However, there was no evidence of contamination or foreign discharges, which makes it a little easier to investigate the cause.
