Wanted: Your favorite recipes for the Haßberge Gourmet Book!
In the district of Haßberge, an exciting community project is currently being launched, which is entirely devoted to the culinary diversity of the region. The municipal youth worker Theresa Fleischmann and regional manager Sonja Gerstenkorn have started the initiative to create her own recipe book. They are happy about the recipes that have already been received, ranging from hearty starters to main dishes to delicious desserts and non -alcoholic cocktails. As the Main Post is not only the goal of presenting the culinary treasures of the region, but also, the citizens for domestic cuisine inspire.
The popular asparagus and strawberry season is currently beginning in the district, which is the perfect opportunity to integrate fresh, regional ingredients into the recipes. District Administrator Wilhelm Schneider supported the initiative and emphasizes how important it is to involve people in the cooking process. Anyone who would like to be active, from hobby chef to the baking professional, are welcome to submit their favorite recipes. The project attaches particular importance to the use of natural ingredients and wants to keep the culinary diversity of the Haßberge alive.
submission details and deadlines
The submission period for recipes was extended up to and including June 30th. There are various ways to submit the recipes: by email to regionalmanagement@hassberge.de , via an online available form on www.regionalmanagement-hassberge.de/regionales-rezeptbuch/ or by post to the district office Haßberge, regional management, Am Herrenhof 1, 97437 Haßfurt. The recipes collected are then summarized in a beautiful book that reflects the culinary traditions of the district.
This initiative not only preserves delicious recipes, but also promoted cohesion in the community. Where could you get together better than in the kitchen to share fresh and tasty dishes?
discover culinary diversity
The recipe book will also show how diverse regional cuisine is actually. In recent years, the gastronomy has shown that you can cook with regional foods. Whether it is hearty pastries, creative desserts or delicious main dishes - the possibilities are almost unlimited. In this context, it is worth taking a look at other kitchens of the world. For example, Latvian cuisine in Riga offers exciting culinary discoveries that are characterized by its hearty dishes and fresh ingredients. From fried piglets to Pīrāgi, which are filled with bacon and onions, to traditional dairy products and delicious desserts-the variety is impressive, as described.
For everyone who likes to enter new culinary territory, there is a lot to discover in Latvian cuisine. In this sense, the lively Haßberg kitchen could also be seen as part of a larger culinary exchange. Anyone who wants to contribute to the regional cooking tradition should not miss the opportunity to submit their own creations and thus become part of this unique project.
