A defect in a medium-voltage cable between the Flossmann and Pleinigerstrasse was the reason for the short-term failure. This interruption lasted between 9.45 a.m. and 10.45 a.m. and affected around 1000 households. In order to connect all households to the network again as quickly as possible, the supply was temporarily established via other connections and hardworking technicians worked to repair the defective cable.
