Open Air Barefoot in the Grass”: party highlight in Forstinning on Saturday!
Music will soon be happening again in Forstinning! On Saturday, July 12th, the organizers of the open air “Barefoot in the Grass” will ring in the summer season. From 7 p.m., the Wolfmühle will be the scene of an atmospheric night, which is likely to attract music lovers in particular. Admission begins at 6 p.m. and culinary provisions are also provided. Food and drinks are available as soon as you enter, which rounds off the evening perfectly. Entry costs 15 euros and is collected at the box office, so a spontaneous visit is definitely worth it. The Süddeutsche Zeitung reports that the guests are offered a varied program with the band Problem Child, which was not only founded by the host Andreas Löffl, but also performs with an original line-up that is impressive.
The band Problem Child is made up of experienced musicians: Wolfgang Nowak on bass, known from the Sons of Mojos, Christian “Birki” Birkholtz on keyboards from Markt Schwaben and the vocals of Kathrin Nagy, who not only impresses with her talent but also as Löffl's wife. But that's not all! Before Problem Child really starts, I See Light and Gator Alley will provide strong beats and a good atmosphere. Merkur.de describes the first band as “sensitive, wild and full of twelve”, while Gator Alley promises an energetic performance of soul-soaked southern rock with its eight-piece band.
A festival for music lovers
For everyone traveling in the area, the open air not only offers a musical highlight, but also a social atmosphere. The event takes place directly at the Wolfmühle in Forstinning, a popular location for cultural events. Nestled in the picturesque Bavarian landscape, there is a unique atmosphere here that invites you to linger. Whether with friends or family, the event promises a varied program and sociable hours.
This shows that there is a lively event landscape in the region. HR2 even has completely different musical aspects in mind: the upcoming concert season for the Frankfurt Radio Symphony Orchestra will feature the theme “Nature and its musical representation”. Chief conductor Alain Altinoglu will delve deeply into the subject matter at numerous concerts with his extraordinary choice of programs and take the audience on a sonic journey of discovery. A good example of how diverse the music landscape can be!
