Kulturstadel Ottersberg: music weekend with stars and surprises!
A musical highlight is imminent: A whole series of concerts will be held in the Ottersberger Kulturstadel this weekend, which will captivate the region with sounds and stories. The concert weekend starts on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, with the Ludwig Seuss Band. The event was originally scheduled for August 1st, but had to be postponed due to illness. It's worth it because the band brings a colorful mix of blues, boogie, Cajun and Zydeco.
The Ludwig Seuss Band has already released 15 CDs and is very popular. Ludwig Seuss, himself a member of the well-known Spider Murphy Gang, adds additional spice to the performance. The concerts are all held in the picturesque Selmerhof, located between Poing and Pliening, and start at 8:15 p.m., with admission and catering starting at 6:30 p.m.
Cultural diversity in the program
Friday August 15th is dedicated to Italian flair. I Cantautori present their concert “Songs and Stories from Italy”. Here you can look forward to a musical journey through the soul of Italy, with homages to famous cantautori such as Lucio Dalla and Fabrizio De André as well as your own compositions. The mix of classics and new makes this performance particularly exciting.
The concert weekend concludes on Sunday, August 17th with a solo concert by Evelyn Huber. The talented harpist moves between tango, jazz and Latin American music and was awarded the Bavarian Culture Prize and the Echo. Their unique sounds are sure to provide an unforgettable experience.
